New Jersey's size is what leaders and advocates in the Latina/o/x community need to network and thrive. The partners and friends that the Latino Action Network has made and continues to make are based on a mutual understanding of solidarity, social justice, and equity for our community. A diverse and complex community that makes up 22% of New Jersey's total population. The growth of this community will continue throughout the United States, and so will the need for solid partnerships. We all want a strong and vibrant state of healthy, politically empowered, socially conscious citizens who can make a living without discrimination or intolerance.
