Alberto is a founding member of the Greater New Jersey Pride at Work Chapter and currently serves as its President. He worked with some of the most prestigious Labor Unions in the state. For eight years he was proud to serve as the Latino Caucus Chairperson for the Middlesex County Democratic Organization. Currently he is an Employee Relations Officer with the State of New Jersey while owning his own insurance agency. He is attending Rutgers University School of Management and Labor Relations to earn his second master’s degree.
