Dr. Jesselly De La Cruz, LCSW, is the Executive Director of the Latino Action Network Foundation. She holds a BA in Political Science (Rider University), an MSW and DSW (Rutgers University), and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Family Therapy. Inspired by her immigrant background, she is dedicated to serving underserved populations.
Her clinical work includes mental health crisis screenings, child and family therapy, consulting for Spanish-speaking nursing home residents, and treating court-mandated youth. She has also coordinated care for child sexual abuse survivors and currently directs a sexual assault program in Bergen County. A Past President of the Latino Mental Health Association of NJ, she is committed to empowering Latino communities, BIPOC and LGBTQ+ youth, and families in need.
